AI hospitality market intelligence
Never miss a market move again.
Comp-set rates, demand, and events, read for you each morning.
The commercial radar boutique hotels have been missing. See what your comp set is charging, which events are filling rooms, and where to lift rates this weekend. Bundled with the platform; one license, no upcharges.

Demand blast radius
See every event around your hotel, and which ones reach you.
Concerts, conventions, and matches plot on a live map, each with the radius its demand actually travels. The ones whose pull reaches your door light up, so you know which dates to hold firm and which are just noise nearby.
This is what every morning looks like
A short daily GM brief: the demand outlook, comp-set movement, and the day's read, on one page.
Sample briefing for Hotel Aurora, a fictional boutique in Charleston, SC. Real customers see live OTA pricing, real comp set, and a property-specific briefing each morning.
Hotel Aurora, daily briefing
Spoleto Festival + graduation weekend has comp-set rates surging for Saturday, your rate is 18% below the market.
Your week at a glance
The next seven nights, priced before the market moves.
Every night carries a recommended move (raise or hold) with the read behind it: the comp-set median, your rate floor, and the demand building toward the date. Select a day for the why.

Comparable properties have begun lifting ahead of the festival weekend. A $15 bump keeps pace without getting ahead of midweek demand.

Every event pulling demand toward your market, on one calendar.
Concerts, conventions, sports, festivals: each drawn across the nights it moves, coloured by the action it calls for rather than the category. See what is building weeks out and price for it before your comp set does.

What you’re stuck with today
- No way to tell whether your weekend pricing is leaving money on the table or scaring guests off. Every Saturday is a guess.
- A convention or concert is in town and you find out from the front desk on Saturday morning when you should have repriced two weeks ago.
- Comparable boutiques quietly raise rates and you keep matching last month’s ADR because nobody told you the market moved.
- Enterprise revenue tools want $400+ per month, a PMS integration, and a quarter of analyst onboarding before they say anything useful.
What changes on day one
A daily executive briefing instead of a dashboard.
Open your phone over coffee and read one short page: today's demand outlook, two or three pricing opportunities, one alert. No charts, no spreadsheets, no analyst translation required.
Comp set discovered automatically.
Nearby boutiques are detected from the moment your property is created. You never configure a competitor list. Their pricing and availability shape your recommendations the same day.
Real OTA pricing pressure, not generic advice.
When comparable Booking.com or Expedia listings are tightening for Saturday, you find out Monday, with a concrete suggested rate, not “monitor the market closely.”
Built for independent hotels, not Marriott.
No PMS integration, no contract, no analyst seat fee. Runs alongside whatever reservation system you already use. Cancels in one click from your account.
How it works
Step 1
Add your hotel.
Enter your property’s basics and the platform builds your market segment, comp set, ADR band, and local context from public data in minutes. No spreadsheet required.
Step 2
The radar runs.
On a schedule, it pulls comp-set rates, OTA availability, local events, search demand, weather, and reviews, then normalizes it all for trend analysis. Entirely public data, so your PMS is never touched.
Step 3
You get the full picture.
A short briefing each morning flags the demand outlook, comp-set movement, and a few pricing opportunities. It opens into the full workspace: the live event map, demand calendar, the week ahead, and an Advisor you can ask anything.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a revenue management system (RMS)?
No. An RMS (RoomPriceGenie, Duetto, IDeaS, or the revenue modules inside PMSs like Mews, Cloudbeds, and Little Hotelier) connects to your PMS, reads your occupancy and booking pace, and writes rates back into it. MyHotelOps is market intelligence: it watches everything outside your walls (comp-set rates, demand, events, search interest, reviews) and hands you the day’s rate decision. Nothing to connect, nothing written to your systems. Plenty of properties run both: an RMS automates execution, we supply the market read.
Does this require connecting my PMS?
No. The Market Intelligence layer is external commercial intelligence by design. It monitors OTA pricing, demand events, competitor activity, weather, and search demand around your hotel without ever reading from your PMS, booking engine, or reservation system. Your existing reservation system continues to own bookings.
Does the platform automatically adjust my room rates?
No, and by design. Think of Market Intelligence as a market-signal platform for hotels, the way a stock analysis platform works for investors. Stock platforms give signals, charts, trends, market movement, and decision support, but they do not place trades for the investor. The investor stays in control. We do the same for GMs: you get market signals, OTA pricing movement, demand trends, competitor activity, event-driven demand alerts, and AI recommendations. We never touch your rates. The final pricing decision still happens inside your existing PMS, channel manager, OTA extranet, or booking engine. We watch the market. You set the rate.
How is this different from Lighthouse / OTA Insight / RateGain?
Those tools are enterprise revenue analyst products: $300–800 per property per month, configuration-heavy, optimized for revenue managers staring at charts. We are AI-native, bundled in the boutique platform license, optimized for owner-operators and GMs who need a one-page briefing each morning. We can not replace Lighthouse for a 500-room flagship. We can replace it for the independent boutique or small group that never had a revenue analyst in the first place.
Where does the competitor data come from?
Public market data, never anyone’s private books. Your comp set is built automatically from public business listings — nearby boutique properties matched by location, class, and category. Competitor rates come from the major OTA channels (Booking.com, Expedia, and others). Reviews, local events, and demand signals like weather, holidays, and seasonality come from public sources, matched to your property. What we never touch: private data, your PMS, your booking system, or any other customer’s numbers.
How much does it cost?
Bundled in the boutique platform license. One flat per-property price covers Market Intelligence and every operational module (Work Orders, Events, Arrival Experience). No per-feature add-on, no analyst seat fee, no enterprise contract. Full pricing on the pricing page.
How long does it take to set up?
Zero. The first time you open the Market page, the platform auto-detects your segment, comp set, and location. The day-one briefing pulls from public sources immediately, and OTA rate intelligence warms up automatically on your first visit. There are no keys to connect and nothing to configure.
Will my data be shared with competitors?
No. We never share an identifiable property’s data with another customer, and there is no cross-tenant data pool. Your comp-set reads are built from public sources, OTA rates, events, reviews, not from other customers’ private data.
